Limited Warranty - The Company´s responsibility is limited to the replacement of product shown to be defective before placed into operation.
The Company warrants to the purchaser of each new product that any part thereof which proves to be defective in materials or workmanship within 30 Days, or to be not as specifically ordered or specified, will be repaired or replaced without charge. This warranty does NOT cover defects, failure or damages caused by normal wear and tear, act of God, accident, misuse or unreasonable use of the product, lack of proper maintenance, fire, flood or any circumstances or events beyond the Company´s control. Specifically, due to the end use of the product, this warranty does not cover breakage by the end user. The Company will not be responsible for any expense incurred in inspecting, sorting, installation, removal from services, consequential expense or transportation cost.
The Company accepts no responsibility for the performance of the installed products.
The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties expressed, implied or statutory and the Company neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with the said product.
